Record demand, record sales – but these prime territories are still waiting
Another year, another incredible start for the Access4Lofts franchise. Just take a look at this map showing where our franchisees have already carried out work:
This isn’t a map of all the jobs in a year…these are just the postcodes in which we’re doing jobs right now!
It’s clear that demand for the work Access4Lofts franchisees can carry out is on the rise again. January was our busiest month on record:
- Average turnover in January = £26k
- 10 franchisees turned over more than £500k in the last 12 months
- Many franchisees booked up solid for the next 3 months

See all that green space between the blue markers? Those are areas where we don’t have any franchisees to carry out the work. Not yet, anyway.
Each one of those blank areas represents an untapped opportunity for the right person to build a successful business in a high demand industry.
We’re not talking about remote corners of the country here, either. These are thriving, accessible regions right across mainland Britain – places with tens of thousands of homeowners who need exactly what Access4Lofts franchisees can offer. In fact, we already get hundreds of enquiries from these areas every year… enquiries we currently have to turn away because we don’t have anyone there to serve them.
The demand exists, and the customers are waiting. The only missing piece of the puzzle is someone who can step up and take on the work.
