October was the busiest month ever for the Access4Lofts franchise
Already a franchise network which is used to smashing its own records on a regular basis, this time its franchisees have really hit an all-time, new high.
Over £1.5m in sales, a whopping 32% increase on this time last year!
Is this just a flash in the pan?
Not at all. Business for Access4Lofts franchisees has been increasing steadily for some time now. Most importantly, this is not down to dropping prices or making special offers – actually, prices have gone up 6% in line with rising costs, just like with most other businesses, and it hasn’t even made a dent. Quite the opposite, in fact!
With the stellar reputation Access4Lofts has built, homeowners know they are still getting great quality, and great value for money, when they get in touch with their local franchisee.
I am confident this won’t slow in the future, either. One of the biggest questions I am always asked is if franchisee will eventually run out of lofts to work on in their local area. This is such a common question, I’ve even prepared a video explainer below: What happens when I’ve supplied all the properties in my territory?
Spoiler Alert: you won’t. Ever. The average Access4Lofts franchisee does around 250 jobs a year, whereas the average number of new houses built in each territory since 2021 is about 10,000. The housing stock is growing faster than even the hardest working franchisee could ever keep up with! On top of that, while other loft access businesses have started to spring up, there is still nowhere enough coverage to meet all the demand out there.
In the run up to Christmas, most franchisees are already fully booked right up to the end of January 2025, with many already booking jobs for February and March.
So, what’s the catch?
There aren’t many territories left! There are just 24 of the original 132 territories still available, which means just 18% of the UK is still up for grabs.
